شروط الاستخدام

1. القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك لموقع strangerchat.ae (يُشار إليه فيما بعد بـ"الموقع") ومنصة YaraCircle (يُشار إليها فيما بعد بـ"المنصة")، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع أو المنصة.

2. الأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر لاستخدام المنصة. نحتفظ بالحق في التحقق من عمرك وإنهاء حسابك إذا تبين أنك دون السن القانونية. يجب أن يكون استخدامك للمنصة متوافقاً مع جميع القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

3. السلوك المقبول

يلتزم المستخدم بما يلي:

احترام جميع المستخدمين الآخرين والتعامل بأدب ولباقة.
عدم نشر أو مشاركة أي محتوى غير لائق أو مسيء أو مخالف للآداب العامة.
عدم التحرش أو التنمر أو التهديد بأي شكل من الأشكال.
عدم انتحال شخصية أي شخص أو كيان آخر.
عدم استخدام المنصة لأي أغراض غير قانونية أو احتيالية.
عدم محاولة جمع معلومات شخصية عن المستخدمين الآخرين.
الالتزام بجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

4. المحتوى المحظور

يُحظر تماماً نشر أو مشاركة المحتوى التالي:

محتوى يتضمن خطاب كراهية أو تمييز عنصري أو ديني أو عرقي.
محتوى ينتهك القوانين الاتحادية أو المحلية لدولة الإمارات.
محتوى يحرض على العنف أو الكراهية.
محتوى يسيء إلى الأديان أو المعتقدات أو القيم الثقافية.
محتوى يتعلق بالمقامرة أو الأنشطة غير المشروعة.
أي محتوى ضار أو خادع أو احتيالي.

الإشراف على المحتوى

نحن نأخذ سلامة المستخدمين على محمل الجد. يتضمن نظام الإشراف لدينا:

إشراف آلي بالذكاء الاصطناعي: تقنيات متقدمة لرصد وحظر المحتوى غير اللائق تلقائياً.
إشراف بشري: فريق متخصص لمراجعة البلاغات واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
نظام إبلاغ سريع: أدوات سهلة الاستخدام تتيح للمستخدمين الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفة.
سياسة عدم التسامح: إجراءات فورية ضد أي انتهاك بما في ذلك الحظر الدائم.

نلتزم بالتعاون الكامل مع هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات والحكومة الرقمية (TDRA) وجميع الجهات المختصة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المنشورة على الموقع بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والتصاميم والشعارات والعلامات التجارية هي ملك لشركة YaraCircle Pvt Ltd أو مرخصة لها. يُحظر نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أي محتوى من الموقع دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدم الموقع والمنصة "كما هما" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. نحن لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن:

المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (45) لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL).
المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (34) لسنة 2021 بشأن مكافحة الشائعات والجرائم الإلكترونية.
جميع اللوائح والقرارات الصادرة عن هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات والحكومة الرقمية (TDRA).

تختص محاكم دبي بالنظر في أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط أو تتعلق بها.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using strangerchat.ae (hereinafter "the Website") and the YaraCircle platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Website or Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Platform. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate your account if you are found to be underage. Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

3. Acceptable Conduct

Users must:

Respect all other users and communicate with courtesy.
Refrain from sharing any inappropriate, offensive, or indecent content.
Not engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior of any kind.
Not impersonate any other person or entity.
Not use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Not attempt to collect personal information from other users.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the UAE.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, or ethnicity.
Content that violates federal or local laws of the UAE.
Content that incites violence or hatred.
Content that disrespects religions, beliefs, or cultural values.
Content related to gambling or illicit activities.
Any harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent content.

Content Moderation

We take user safety seriously. Our moderation system includes:

AI-Powered Moderation: Advanced technology to detect and block inappropriate content automatically.
Human Moderation: A dedicated team to review reports and take appropriate action.
Rapid Reporting System: Easy-to-use tools for users to report any violations.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: Immediate action against violations including permanent bans.

We are fully committed to cooperating with the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) and all relevant authorities in the United Arab Emirates.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the Website, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the property of YaraCircle Pvt Ltd or licensed to it. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Website without prior written permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer

The Website and Platform are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for:

Content of conversations between users.
Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform.
Service interruptions or technical errors.
Actions of other users.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including:

Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
Federal Decree-Law No. (34) of 2021 on Combating Rumors and Cybercrimes.
All regulations and decisions issued by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms.
